Jonathan is the Managing Director at Robert Cort Properties. He joined in September 2016, having spent four years at JLL, where he qualified as a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

He brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience, specialising in the development and management of commercial property.

Alan has a wide range of financial and taxation experience gained from a career at Grant Thornton, HMRC, and for small to medium sized businesses in the retail, healthcare and property sector in senior financial roles.

Alan has a wide range of financial and taxation experience gained from a career at Grant Thornton, HMRC, and for small to medium sized businesses in the retail, healthcare and property sector in senior financial roles.

He has been a qualified ACCA accountant since 2011 and ran his own successful taxation and bookkeeping services business for four years before joining Robert Cort Properties in 2021.

One of the lynchpins of the former engineering business, Kalman has adapted to all technical aspects of the property business.

He oversaw the transformation of 1960's engineering and 1980's warehousing buildings into high standard commercial units with a modern appearance and high EPC performance.
